Need help identifying bird!

Sorry I don't have a picture! I'm watching my backyard feeder in Cincinnati, Ohio and saw a plump small bird with a white body and a reddish/brown head. It looked to be some type of Sparrow, but has no distinct markings (stripes, spots, specific coloring outside of white) on its body. Any chance it could have been an American Tree Sparrow? Thanks!
