How do I get the 4070 super in Canada? (On Launch Day)

I'm getting confused where to buy it. US versions of websites like bestbuy and newegg have it listed as "coming soon", but it's not listed on the Canadian versions of the websites. Does this mean it won't be available in Canada until much later? If so, when will it be available? Or will it actually be available in Canada on launch?

Also what time on Wednesday will it be available? Is there any information on that?

Also which one should I get? Obviously looking at the cheapest, so founders edition / gigabyte windforce oc, but idk if the windforce is a good model, seen a bit of negativity towards that. Founders edition is incredibly hot, as usual.

Basically I'm just wondering what's my best bet as a Canadian to get a 4070 super ASAP! Thanks!
