Bad to open 2 cards at once?
Hi all- 2023 was a bit of a rouugh year and I accumulated a hefty balance on a Chase card with 0% APR. The clock is ticking on that 0% APR so I have recently opened one BofA card with intention to transfer the balance. However, my credit's been shot these past few months by the balance (went from 780 to now 719) so I was wondering if it would be better for my credit in the long run to open a 2nd card and split the balance transfer between 2 cards and pay down each below 20% quicker.
