How so you say her name?

As someone who watches a lot of anime the Japanese pronunciation came natural to me and whenever I heard someone say her name as if it was an English word it felt really wrong (I mean the more split into two "Aya-Ka" rather than more flat "Ayaka", hopefully you know what I'm talking about). I noticed that even her own English VA says it the English way which is...interesting. I'm not one to judge people based on how they say stuff, I know it can be hard but I like when someone tries to pronounce words from other languages, especially when it comes to content creators since it's pretty much their job to play this game. Also I think it would have been nice if the in game pronunciation was the intended one but it almost never is anyway. I'm just curious what other Ayaka mains think and how do you say it?
