Colour Correcting?

Hi there, I have quite dark and noticeable undereyes and am wanting to help cover these up more. I was looking at either the ELF Putty Colour-Correcting Eye Brightener (shade Fair) or the ELF Camo Colour Corrector (shade Peach)

Are either of these products worth it or is there something better in the same price range? Any help is appreciated
