Converting single zone HVAC to multizone in 3 story (plus basement row home.

Hey everyone, my wife and I recently bought a newly constructed rowhome. The layout is basement followed by 3 floors and a stairwell to a rooftop deck. There is a single HVAC zone on floor 2. Which causes our the basement and master (on floor 3) and the rooftop stairwell to be highly varied from the thermostat in both winter and summer months. Wondering what a very general cost estimate would be to convert to multiple zones or if its even possible. Understand there is a lot of info that would be needed to get a true estimate but just wanted an idea prior to contacting companies.
