Build/revision of "DreamWorks Dragons: Dawn of New Riders"

I've recently updated my list of Switch cartridge revisions, but while updating it I noticed inconsistencies in the spreadsheet I use as my main source. As I can't contact the authors anymore (or correct the spreadsheet myself, for that matter, as it's increasingly becoming a mess), I'm asking here for help.

The game this time is "DreamWorks Dragons: Dawn of New Riders". The currently documented releases are:

• North American release with version 1.0.0.20312 (patch available).
• European release with version
  1.0.0.20313 (no patch available).

Both are noted to be the same build (A) and revision (000). This doesn't make sense. One of the two should be different.
