DCA Centurion Lounge updates?

The last thread I saw for this topic was a few months old so thought I’d make a new one. I’m going to be booking a flight DCA>DFW for June and AA is the most convenient airline but I want lounge access and don’t have status with AA. If the Centurion lounge isn’t going to be open I might book Delta instead. Thoughts?
