Can I Leave My Brokerage Now?

I am a Broker Associate with a national firm. I just applied to open my own Brokerage here in FL which I’ll be the Qualifying Broker for.

This process takes 30 days :( can I leave my soon-to-be-former Brokerage now and just wait for my new company to be official which still performing Licensee activities or what’s the rule here?
