Looking for online cookbooks that have the best user interface - the best app/web design for easy understanding

Hello. I started developing a Whole Food Plant Based online cookbook using very, very complex CSS, HTML and back end programming

I need inspiration for how I can make this cruelty free cookbook more efficient, beautiful, understandable, fast and easy.

Please share any online cookbooks you know that you think have a good user interface, or are particularly beautiful
