ABS and traction control light On

I have just had a few lights my dashboard turn on. Specifically the ABS and traction control. I did some googling trying to see if I could figure out the issue but it's not the brake fluid or a fuse. Braking feels quite spongy and my abs keeps going off without me touching my breaks at all. I have an appointment at the mechanic in the morning, but in the mean time does any one have an clue what this could be?
