Advice for someone with criminal history?

Currently have a pending charge that I have to fight because I didn't do what I was charged with and will have to wait possibly a year or two before I can truly fight it off.

Due to what I was charged with I am facing a pending charge of a felony over my head so now I can't rent alone or get decent work. Like I only ha e to pay $50 a month in child supirt and that's honestly embarrassingly low.

Also due to the initial few days in jail, finding out I had Tuberculosis, then got covid I have to use my cc a lot for paying bills. Rent, car note, insurance, personal lone. Now I have about 8k in dept and I'm struggling to find better work where I am. I keep getting denied because of the background check.

My current future idea is to Mayne join a charter college and learn electrical.(I'm kinda of handy so it'll come natural and fun plus pay well and is felony friendly if worst come to worst.)

but I can't do that till my debts are figured out and I can keep an apartment.

The place I'm in now is with my now ex so when the lease is up we're going separate ways. (Oct 2024)

Any advice is welcome. I can't answer questions about the legal stuff. I'm in Alaska if that helps.
