I'm a regular pick a card watcher. Sometimes I fall asleep in the middle of listening to a video and wake up right at the end. Is that normal?

I watch PACs since 2020. I sometimes fall asleep in the middle of watching something very resonating and it's like I can't resist my eyes drooping shut. Does that mean that the reading is too true and very strong? I feel refreshed by the end. Has anyone heard of something like this?
