Swiss coupon pass - worth it?

My wife are travelling in May, 2024, for 10 days in Switzerland. I see there is this coupon code book to buy for 49.00 chf. I know it would limit us to only what is offered in the book and we only plan on being in Zurich, Lucerne and Interlaken (possibly Grinwald too).

My wife is gluten free due to being Celiac and she is unable to eat anything green leafy (salads for example) due to IBS issues.

Would this coupon pass be worth it? Is there a way to what would be in the booklet for those areas I mentioned?
