[Physics] Moments VS Torque - what's the difference?

:table_flip: Physics

Both torque and moments are represented by the equation r x F. So what's the difference between the two? Is the only way to really differentiate them to say that one describes a movement and the other is an objects tendency to rotate? I'm wondering if there's a more intuitive way of understanding the difference between them.
