Calcium deposits on windows

I just bought a property that has been vacant for a long time. It has old single glazed windows and condensation built up whilst it was empty leaving calcium deposits on the windows making them look cloudy.

I have tried to remove it several ways with vinegar, lemon juice and baking soda but it hasn't budged. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
