Can I invite a jahovah witness to a birthday?

So my daughters quinceañera is coming up and I have a very good long time friend who’s jahovah witness, I know she doesn’t celebrate birthdays but I want to send an invitation even thought she probably won’t go but it’s my way of saying I’m thinking of you sort of thing if that makes sense, is there a way I can word it out when I’m sending her the invite without sounding rude? Like can I say, hey I know as to your beliefs this isn’t a thing you do but I wanted to send a invitation since you know (daughters name) for so long. Will this come off as rude or anything? Can that be acceptable?
