How to become a testnet validator?

I'm looking into becoming a validator (got all the hardware) and everything is telling me to trial on testnet first but I've got two hiccups.

1. I'm running through the checklist at launchpad.v4, and get to the deposit tool, download it, run the command but it comes up with "[Error] pulsechain-testnet-v4 is not a valid language option". Running deposit.exe manually shows no option for testnet, only the following network/chain names: ['mainnet', 'goerli', 'prater', 'sepolia', 'zhejiang', 'holesky'].
   How do I choose testnet??
2. How do you even get 32m TPLS? The faucet only gives 10 each request, sitting here clicking 3.2M times is not viable.
