Why doe she(30F) need space from me(28M)?

Hello,

We haven't really been together for too long. I met her when she came for work to where I live(our companies are connected) and stayed at where I live for 3 months or so in previous September. She had someone in her life but we met, spent some time together and then she left him. We kind of starting seeing each other on her 2nd month(October) here. We saw each other, talked with each other, had fun dates, got together. When it was getting close to the time she is leaving we started having unprotected sex and done it for 4-5 times and then she left. We kept texting each other, eventually she found out that she was pregnant and started seeing a doctor. Turns out she can have an abortion with just pills so she did that and she came to visit me in January(last Thursday) she stayed in the evening of Monday. I feel like I was acting too attached to her saying I love you a lot and stuff and at one point she said "You don't have to say I love you 35 times a day" and was thinking that "We are moving too fast".

So when she returned, she saw the doctor again, she might need to get operation and she told me she feels overwhelmed with how she had little to no time after breaking up with her ex, pregnancy and everything. She feels bothered that she is still not done with pregnancy and still has to take pills for another months. She told me she needs space. I asked her if she wants it to be over, a break or just space and she said she wants some space. So we still talk but she answers less.

I really don't know what to do. I have a feeling in my chest that ruins my mood on a daily basis. I don't know what to do about it and I need some advice. I don't know how to approach this situation and what is going through her mind.
