Right lads, what is the quickest way to lose belly fat?

Have a wedding to attend in a month, lots of old friends from school will be there and I have a belly like Homer Simpson. I know it's impossible to get it completely flat in that time but if I can just get it down a good bit it would be something.

I'm 5"10, 108KG. It's all in my belly and face, I'm skinny everywhere else.
