AIO Pump just stopped spinning out of nowhere. (1 year old AIO)
I put my PC into energy saving mode for like half an hour, everything ran as usual. Turned it back on and bam, 85 to 95°C. After panicking, changing the thermalpate and reseating the cpu I used the 2 min I get before the PC shuts down to check my cooling software whitch says pump on 0 rpm, even in 'fixed' profile set 100%. Ihave a NZXT Kraken x63, built the PC little over a year ago and never had problems. Can it really be that my pump just died like that, with no warning what so ever. I sat at like 36 to 40 °C on idal with my 13600K, never even went over 75°C in gaming. And now this. Please help, I have guarantee but am worried it might just be software and a new pump wont fix it.
Fyi: Radiator installed on top of case, pump plugged into pumpheader on mb, Cpu block lights up but pump is apparenty not spinning. Fans all go to full blast after like 20 sec of startup. Software is NZXT CAM.
