Easy to bend door frame to reduce wind noise?

Bought a used suv and after a highway drive I noticed excess wind noise at upper right drivers side window. Seeing scratches on the top frame I see that the previous owner backed up with the door open. I don’t want to make it worse. Would fixing it be as simple as lowering the window and using arm strength to pull it back in a bit? It bows out just a bit on the upper rear corner of the driver side.
