Questionable experience

So my first few experiences with dmt have been great however my last one was quite terrifying felt like I died and left my body then everything just went white and was bending and folding then I started to hear hissing noises and a feeling of not being aloud in and thousands of teeth and tounges telling me not yet then had a feeling of needing to puke but from deep within I ended up overcoming that feeling but feeling abit lost right now
