Charging Unsuccessful. Dropped off at Dealership.

We’ve had our EV9 for a month, right around 1200 miles. No issues before today, but noticed this afternoon that it had not charged overnight. Our Level 2 charger (Tesla Wall Connector) is working fine and charges our other EV with no issues. Tried plugging back into the EV9, and got the “Charging Unsuccessful” message. Same when I tried to trickle charge. Battery was already down to 20% so I just drove it straight back to the dealership to avoid needing a tow on Monday morning. We’ll see what the service dept has to say.
