Did the update break the main menu?

Firstly yes I know there are some issues just wondering if anyone else experienced it?

After this last update .. my menu has had 24 fps sometimes less //gpu ramps up and temps increase

Whenevr I get into game it’s “mainly” fine gpu temps back down but fps is lower this update ..

Anyone else experiencing the menu issue?
