Renault Clio 3 fuel filter location

So our 2006 Renault Clio 3 with 1.4 gasoline engine has running problems. It gives P0313 fault code. We located the problem to be clogged fuel filter, so I bought one but I don't seem to find it anywhere. It is not under the pump obviously and I couldn't find it under the car next to fuel tank. Only place I didn't check yet is behind bumper, in front of right tire. Do you guys now where it could possibly be located?
