Just finished my first WOTC playtrough (unmodded) what next?

Hi guys. I just finished WOTC for the first time and I am alredy edging for another game. For my second game I would like to keep things still relattively simple, too early to go for long war, but I also want to add something to the experience.

I was thinking about a class mod, but I actually like the original classes and think they are well balanced, also i havent yet tryed all skills.. I would like to be able to have more factions soldiers though, if thagt is posible?. Also is there a mod that adds one or two new casses that are fairly balanced. I was thinking about the jedi class mod but it looks a bit OP?

What mod I can try that offers more and diverse enemies? I do not want necessary stronger ones but a bit more diversity?

Anything else you think can be interesting given my situation.
