Medtronic Lawsuit

Good evening Reddit users.

I’m just wanting to warn fellow users of Medtronic’s lack of customer support.

I have been using my minimed pumps since 2001. Since onset of using the company I order supplies every 2.5 months. A 3 month supply. Each time I have been told 3 days shipping, and I order accordingly to not run out of supplies.

This is now the 3rd time I have been told 3 day shipping for it not to arrive. This is the first time in which the supplies not arriving have caused DKA and admission to the ICU.

I have already submitted the lawsuit and my four lawyers have contacted the legal team for Medtronic.

We go to court Feb 12.

Just a heads up that they provided no support when my items didn’t arrive and put the blame on the shipping company.
