Stacking procs from the same Devotions

Couldn't find it anywhere, perhaps my google-fu is lacking. Also there's no Short Questions/FAQ pinned on this sub, so I'll ask in normal post, hope it's ok.

Does damage / flat RR from the same devotion stacks with itself?
Devotions in question are Imp with Aetherfire proc and Revenant with Raise the Dead skellies.
So for example, if pool of Aetherfire procs twice in short succession and there're 2 pools under enemy, does the damage stack or is it just the 1X damage as if from one pool?
And it's said in tooltip that skillies reduce target's resistance for 1 second. So, do multiple attacks from skeletons would stack the flat RR or just refresh 1 second duration?
