Need some help with RAM dies (Corsair)

I'm about to upgrade from an 8600k to a 7800x3d. I'm choosing the RAM to go with the processor, and trying to get a Hynix. Does anyone know if the 6000 MHz CL30 Vengance modules (CMK32GX5M2B6000C30) usually have that die?
