Black Ops 1 Combat Training

I know black ops 1 servers were shut down a while ago but does this make playing against bots impossible? Combat training was inside the multiplayer options which are no longer accessible. It seems like there could be a way around this but I haven’t found anything. Is there anyway to play this offline?
