First 3 days with real blueberries

I received my first ever Vimergy blueberry powder on Monday so I’ve had HMDS with 5 ingredients 3 days after doing it 4-6 years with bilberries. I’m now experiencing brain fog and difficulty to sleep. I guess something (good) started to happen in my brain. 😳😁
