Spice level in between Shin Black and Raoh Tonkotsu??

I love Shin Black. I think it tastes great and I love the noodles... but sometimes I feel it's just a tad too spicy. I also love Nissin Raoh Tonkotsu. It also tastes great to me and also has great noodles... but sometimes it's not quite spicy enough. 😀

Is there anything "in between" on the spice level that also tastes great with great noodles?
