I need help. I’ve been waking up in pain every morning and today felt like the worst of it.

I’m not sure if to go to the ER or Urgent Care but the other day I woke up with a pain and burning sensation in my vagina and cramping on the left side. I thought because I had to pee and figured it may be a UTI so I bought OTC medication for it. I think it helped a bit.

Yesterday PCP performed a Pap smear on me and I got my annual wellness exam over with. Yesterday I felt fine but today I woke up needing to use the restroom and I felt intense cramping pain on the lower right side that kind of radiated to the lower right hand side. I felt this pain radiate down my vagina as well.

I called off from work and I don’t know where to go or how to address it. I really don’t want another ER bill but I also am becoming scared.

It’s been like this since Monday. I know it’s only been three days.
