Where can I find a reputable Modeling Agency that won't ask for money? (Either online, or within Ontario, Canada)

I feel like there are a lot of scammers out there, it's hard to find legit agencies.. just looking to get myself started and I'm a little overwhelmed.

Any help is appreciated ☺️
