Cocaine is heavily adulterated (with potentially dangerous adulterants like levamisole) and extremely addictive. It will make you feel like the funniest, smartest person in the room, and if you supply it to your friends, they will agree with you. You may never sleep or eat again.

Yes, levamisole does SERIOUS damage in a very small percentage of users and it's cut into most coke. I think avg potency of coke is less than 10% I would taste it. If it doesn't make your lip very numb very fast it's not worth doing. Potent stuff and it feels like a miracle. Shitty coke just brings you straight to dysphoria 2 minutes after each dose. And unfortunately most of it is shitty.

It's more of a psychological dependence drug rather then a physically dependent drug (like heroin) so as long as you keep your cool, sustain your self from urges and use proper self-control with it.

I had a permanent and noticeable change in brain chemistry. It's not always significant and definitely depends on quality and extent of use, but stick to snorting it in contrast to smoking or shooting it.
