Yasha vs Hyperstone on Tiny

Whenever I transition from ganking to carrying as tiny, I generally go Agahnims->Hyperstone->AC but I often see people go Agahnims->Yasha->Manta

What are the benefits of going Yasha first? I understand that it gives movement speed, but I usually level Grow and have plenty of movespeed
