Career advancement advice

Hi all, hoping to get some input! I am currently a health physics tech(heard this can also be called a rad tech too) at a DOE site. I am not a fan of the field work and would like something a little more office workspace oriented or even lab oriented. I have a B.S in physics and am looking to see what are some options anyone thinks I have for a different job? I have exposure to dosimetry and always thought rad instrumentation or rad waste would be a cool niche. I just don’t really know what these job titles would be called at companys. Thanks for any input!
