A few questions about Luna.

Alright, so. I've been playing Luna for a while now, and recently I've been having some issues with how I build her. Obviously different circumstances require different builds, but for early game items especially, I wanted you guys' opinions.

1. Ring of Aquila - before or after Treads? Usually after starting items I go boots, Ring of Aquila, then treads. Is it worth getting a Basilius after boots, finishing treads, THEN finishing it into Aquila? Or even not building Aquila? What are your thoughts?
2. Drum of Endurance - usually a drum is not something I build on Luna, but in a lot of recent tournament games I've seen Lunas carrying a drum. It's a pretty cheap item and the movement and attack speed and mana is obviously something Luna needs. Is a drum interchangeable with a Ring or is it a must for Luna? (Assuming, of course, none of the other heroes are building a drum)
3. Helm of the Dominator - This, for me, is usually a must. It's why I don't get Tranquil Boots on Luna since it provides lifesteal AND armor- plus, when complete, also gives damage, which is something Luna needs. So typically I'll always get a helm.
