How good is Stripe dealing with fake abuse claims?

Recently we have been extorted by someone for 1000s of euros. Part of our site was unprotected by cloudflare so they also found our VPS IP and kolled it since then this person DDoSed our site repeatedly, spam bot nuked our community channels and swatted my family, in attempts to extort me for a lump sum payment.

Now he is spamming stripe with fake abuse/ToS reports from various gmail email addresses and making up false claims.

Our store has 1 chargeback (closed in my favor) out of 13,000 purchases and no other issues otherwise
