Past lives as an animal

I often feel a lot closer to animal than people, I've been doodling funny animals ever since I was a kid in fact. But, I've always felt a longing for a body that wasn't human, something more animal like, covered in fur, tail, canines. So on. I've always felt I was a bit weird socially speaking, anxious, off. Quite reserved. Yet, a the same time, I've always felt like I've lived human lives before.. I'm drawn to certain historical eras with a strong passion. It's all to say that I'm just not really sure about things, I feel like I've lived human lives before, quite a few in fact. Yet, even with that. I'd prefer the form of an animal and feel a bit closer to them.

I don't know if I'm going crazy, or if this is all just benign and I'm overreacting but, I need to know if somebody else feels like this or has similar feelings. Somebody with a bit of knowledge on this, tell me if you've seen this before, heard this before.
