So I have a question regarding a restraining order I have against my mentally unstable brother
So I got a restraining order late last year, my mom also got one because my brother is an alcoholic & he got to the point of acting like he'd gone insane and wouldn't leave when kicked out. Also became increasingly aggressive as time went on. So anyways, my mom violated hers about a month or 2 after we each got one. Since then she has ignored her restraining order, pretty much acting like it's non-existent. Me on the other hand, I have stuck with mine, because I got it for a good reason, as he threatened my life. So what I'm trying to say is, I temporarily moved away from my previous address because of my mom allowing my brother back in after I told her how uncomfortable and unsafe I am around him, and am currently temporarily staying at my grandma's to help her & get away from him. I've been here for months and after a little bit of me being here, my mom comes over here every weekend and has been bringing my brother over with her. So I isolate myself and I'm very bothered by the whole situation because I don't feel respected and my restraining order just ignored, even after reminding them. So I told my mom a week ago that I'm tired of being dismissed and uncomfortable every time you come over and to please not bring my brother over here and that if she does, I will call the police because I'm tired of being ignored and being uncomfortable having to isolate myself. She turned it around on me and guilt tripped me saying it's sad that it's my grandma's house and she can't have her other grandson visit her on the weekends and "thanks for the extra stress and drama." Since then, she hasn't talked to me, but that next day after I told her that, she still brought him over here, but i was so stressed, drained, upset and overwhelmed that I slept the day away (but I know he was over here because I heard my grandma talking about it and also saw his cigarette butts).
So, I was just trying to give some context of what's been going on. My question is, can I legally call the police and have my brother removed from the house over here even though when I got the restraining order, I put my previous address (which is still current but haven't been there for months, so just temporarily.) I mean he's not supposed to be within 500 feet of me or where I'm staying, so I obviously believe that yes I can do that legally, but just wanted some outside input. Much appreciated in advance.
