Need Help with Vector DB approach in supabase

Hi there, I am creating a chat application on Flutter and supabase and want to utilize huggingface models to respond to user prompts. I have some of my documents that are in storage and from the documentation the best way to do this is to create vector embedding of the documents and save in the database. How will I show a response to the user from the database? What will the overall flow look like?

Note: This is my first time working with a based vector embed application, so your help would be appreciated.
