Added Forma, Lost Status Chance

Hello Tenno.

So, I don't know if this is a normal mechanic I just never noticed, or I'm being dumb, or both. I forma'd my Burston, and added an Exilus Adapter (So I could slap on Vigilante Armaments for my other loadout). But when I put all my mods back I now have less status chance than before, but the base damage of the IPS status' had increased by 10%. I'm planning on using Galvanized Aptitude on that build, but I still thought this was odd.

So, what am I missing here?

PS. I suck at builds, so I accept that this might not be the optimal build.
