Who is Pulling the Amarex Strings?

Amarex last press release was on September 10, 2021, almost 2 1/2 years ago, no market approvals since 2020, when you go to their job search via NSF and search Amarex 'no jobs are available' and this connecting of the dots seems to indicate AMAREX is keeping a very low profile.

Can anyone present some hard facts on the connection between Amarex and their mysterious puppet master? Just who is going to pay if they haven't been named a party or attached to the arbitration? I see Amarex going belly up if they're solely held responsible. Their vitriol against CYDY only widened after the DOJ indictment and pending prosecution of their former CEO. I don't put it past them to do whatever they can to delay or avoid a large damage award. Compensatory awards are one thing, punitive awards can get ugly.

I hope a win in arbitration and a bankruptcy filing by Amarex doesn't get added to the CHAOS list of unfortunate events in the life of CYDY. They way BP plays, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised. Speaking of BP, will evidence turn up during the DOJ prosecution/plea bargain of NP and KK detailing how one of these BP giants is pulling the strings? If so, I'm not sure it can be tied to the arbitration at this late stage, although a judge may allow it if deemed connected.
