The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) was introduced by Apple 2007 and gained worldwide popularity as it provides a reliable indicator of people happiness and engagement with just a few questions. eNPS scores can range from +100 (amazing) to -100 (very low).
We started with an eNPS of 20% (good) in 2022 and introduced in-depth people-oriented measures based on the survey. In 2023 we doubled our eNPS 🚀 gaining a score of 42% (great), exceeding our initial three-year goal. These numbers reflect the high levels of satisfaction, passion, and loyalty among Social Discovery Group employees.
