New changes to reddit are not making it easy to mod...

Some of the mods on my team have a new version of reddit showing up on desktop and are unable to perform simple actions like updating user flairs for members. Apparently the whole design has been changed as well and doesn't show any of the features on our subreddit that make us stand out from other subs. Is this a permanent change? Is this a bug that's being worked on? Or are we just not supposed to have the ability to mod on our sub anymore? Not being rude, by why try to fix something that wasn't broken? Please update us.
