Can't contact USPS over missing package

I'm a seller on eBay, and I've got a package which was supposed to reach my buyer a week ago. It's been stuck at a regional facility since 2/1/24. When I go to submit an inquiry online, the site says I can't submit an inquiry until 2/3/24 (which obviously was 8 days ago). Will they see my message if I just email their support line directly?
