Imgur "To Community" and "Grab Link" buttons grayed out even with title, description and tags

I'm just trying to upload an image to Imgur to grab a link so I can share it on Reddit, but both the "To Community" and "Grab Link" buttons are grayed out no matter what I do. I have set a title and description for the picture and added tags. I have uploaded more images, also with descriptions.
