non cync bulbs in box

i ordered a 2 pack of cync lights from amazon, from the official GE shop. i have 2 other light bulbs and figured it would be easiest to have all my lights on one app. when it got here, i was really struggling to connect one of them, so i decided to give the second bulb a try, and realized they’re two different light bulbs! so i googled the SKU on them, it was a completely different brand. one of them was an eco smart bulb, the other didn’t have an SKU but didn’t have the cync logo. has this happened to anyone else?? i contacted support and am getting a refund but im just not sure how it happened LOL
